Getting started

CodeCraft is an AI coding assistant that turns plain-English prompts into typed, tested code that matches your existing codebase — delivered as a reviewable diff.

Install the CLI with npm install -g @codecraft/cli, run codecraft login, then codecraft init in your repository. VS Code and JetBrains extensions are available in their marketplaces.

More than 40 languages and 60 frameworks, including TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, Java and Swift. The Languages page has the full list.

No. CodeCraft works through your existing Git workflow — changes arrive as diffs or pull requests you review like any other.

Yes. The Free plan includes 50 generations a month for personal projects. Paid plans add more generations, commercial rights and team features.

It indexes your repository to build a project profile — frameworks, config, conventions and structure — that travels with every prompt.

Every generation is type-checked, linted and tested before you see it. In our benchmarks, 94% of generated files pass lint on the first run.

Yes. It writes tests in your existing framework as part of each change, including edge cases, and reports coverage in the diff.

Yes. The CLI and REST API run in CI to generate changes, open pull requests and report results.

Yes. CodeCraft opens pull requests on GitHub and merge requests on GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab 16 or later.

You pay for each active member of your workspace. Add or remove seats at any time and we’ll prorate the difference on your next invoice.

You’ll get an in-app heads-up as you approach your allowance. Upgrade or buy a one-time top-up whenever you like — nothing is lost.

Yes, from your billing settings. Yearly billing saves around 20% and applies from your next billing cycle.

Yes — reach out to support with a student ID or a link to your open-source project and we’ll apply a discount.

All major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice on annual terms.

Security & privacy

No. Prompts and code are processed only to generate your response, then discarded. Nothing you send is used for training.

In the region you choose — US or EU — on SOC 2 Type II audited infrastructure. Enterprise customers can run CodeCraft inside their own VPC.

Yes. Enterprise plans support SSO and SCIM with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.

Email security@codecraft.dev. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and credit researchers in our security notes.

From workspace settings, invite teammates by email or connect SSO to provision users automatically.

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Delete your workspace from settings or email support. We remove your data within 30 days.
