Machine Learning Engineer, Code Generation

About the role
You’ll work on the models and retrieval systems behind every generation — from project profiles to test synthesis — and measure what actually makes code better.
What you’ll do
Train and evaluate models on code generation and repair tasks
Improve retrieval over large, real-world repositories
Build evaluation suites that reflect how developers really work
What we’re looking for
Experience training or fine-tuning large language models
Strong Python and experience with PyTorch or JAX
A rigorous approach to evaluation and experimentation
