What you’ll do
Design and operate distributed services in Go and Rust
Own reliability for the indexing and generation pipeline
Mentor engineers and lead technical design reviews
What we’re looking for
8+ years building backend systems at scale
Strong experience with Go, Rust or similar languages
A track record of running high-availability services in production
